A one-hour energy healing provides a cleansing experience for your physical body, chakra system, and aura. It helps you release unwanted emotions, and beliefs, and brings balance to your body and energy system. Through the use of specialized healing guides, both physical and spiritual imbalances will be addressed. Many people experience an increased sense of wellbeing and relief from symptoms as a benefit of energy healings. Sessions may serve as a general energy “tune up,” or they may focus on more specific energy issues. Energy Healings may not be done on pregnant women.
